Nothing better than making Hamentaschen on Purim. The tradition is to make and give gift baskets containing Hamentaschen (triangular filled cookies) to friends and family. So I made… and received. Now a kid on a diet has a counter full of cookies. Eeeks!

I have no problem with people out of the blue “discovering” their Jewish identity. Paula Abdul? Why not. But when it comes to announcing in public you are Jewish at convenient times, that is when I find it disgusting. See More »

Funny article read this morning that I thought I would pass on. Personally, I would go to every Nationals and Redskins game if I knew I could get a $7 beer and a $10 falafel sandwich. Would have been a lot more enjoyable than the nasty fries I purchased at the Terps football game on Sunday (tailgating on an empty stomach is a bad idea).
